Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer among women in this country.乳腺癌是这个国家妇女中最常见的一种癌症。Some birds which were once a common sight are now becoming rare.有些曾经随处可见的鸟类现在日益稀少 。
3.ordinary的意思是“普通的 ，平常的，一般的 ，平凡的 ” 。含有每日都可以碰到的意思 ，它还可以表示不优越，属于平常种类的等意思，主要强到平淡无奇。比如：
It is an ordinary sort of day.这是平平常常的一天。They are ordinary people like you and me.他们都是像你我这等普通人 。This was no ordinary meeting.这次会议非同小可 。
I strongly suspect that most ordinary people would agree with me.我强烈地感到大多数普通老百姓会赞同我。It has 25 calories less than ordinary ice cream.它的热量比普通的冰淇淋少25卡路里 。
